The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted industries worldwide, but few sectors were as profoundly affected as pharmaceuticals. This study, conducted by Hossam Hamdy Elsayed Elnoumany as part of his MBA requirements at the International Business Academy of Switzerland (IBAS), explores how the pandemic impacted pharmaceutical operations, with a special focus on resource management.


By analyzing the successes, failures, and necessary adjustments in management approaches, the research examines the effects on activity execution and resource allocation. Data from SPIMACO Pharmaceuticals were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods, including the Delphi technique and statistical analysis.
